R.C Trials
ON THE RIGHT TRACK
Delegates are split into 4/6/8/10 teams.
Stage 1 sees teams provided with all the equipment and a set of instructions, they will be required to build one section of ‘the track’. Stage 2 sees all the teams come together to build one big track. Stage 3 see battle commence in the first company GP.
This event is ideal for integration of departments, showing teamwork, identifying leadership and communication. We have had great success with this event and I almost forgot, its fun.

GIN AND JENGA
Your sipping on an Artisan Gin & tonic, reclining in a deck chair debating if you’d like to play Croquet, Jenga or have another gin. This event is simple, You can have your pick of giant garden games, deckchairs and bean bags plus either a selection of drinks from a manned bar or an unmanned drinks trolley to help yourselves. Unlike the other events you probably won’t identify a leader but it is social and will definitely have communication. This event is perfect for that end of project feeling. This event also dovetails with any other of the events available seamlessly.

PROBLEMOPOLIS
This event sees your delegates tasked with a series of problems to solve. Choose a number of challenges and teams compete against the clock. Can your team navigate a course blindfolded without talking? Find the proverbial needle in a needle stack? Who’s brave enough to stick a hand in the black box? The goal here is to identify problem solvers, increase communication and above all teamwork.

Duration: 2 hours +

MINI GOLF COURSE CREATOR
The Course creator sees delegates given an initial kit which can be built in any shape the kit allows, forming the outline of their golf hole. Delegates will also be able to ‘buy’ equipment with their fictional fund. Should they run out of money they can swap or trade with other teams. At the end of the build there will be a fully functional course to play on. This event is designed for communication, creativity and a little competition.

QUITE EGGSTRODINARY
Don’t break It! Each team will be given a pet egg, the egg is to be loved and cared for and must stay in one piece through a series of challenges. How far can it fly? How fast can it go? How far can it fall? The teams will have a pick through the corporate junk yard and select pieces of equipment to build, protect and project their eggs. Ideal for leadership, problem solving, time keeping and communication. There’s also bragging rights for who’s egg survives. We can also extend the time by adding an auction for parts and/or time rather that the ‘junk’ search.

What do the events cost?
We have events for all budgets and because each event is different in time and production we can compile a bespoke quote for you. All of our events can be run as short 2-4hr events or we can run multiple events either for the day or for bigger groups concurrently and start from £30pp per event.

Mobile Bars: Our sister company The Cotswold Bar Company can supply your event with anything from a vintage vehicle to a Rum shack. Always supplied by professionals for professionals you’re guaranteed that everything you need will be there. Whether its an obscure bottle sourced from across the globe, staffing or something as simple but critical as bringing the ice.
Golf Days: The evergreen event, let us take the hassle out of the organisation. We can select a suitable course, catering if required, staff the event, run scoreboards and prize presentations.
PR/Trade shows: We can bring our ‘cyclone’ to the event or our complete mini golf course. These are both very good PR tools for catching the eye and can be as interactive as you need them to be. We can supply staff to run the event also. These events maybe half days or full days and we will provide a bespoke quote.
